JLA offers project support in the development and delivery of heritage based projects across the country, whether within the built or natural environment or engaging new and diverse groups in activities, training or volunteering.

The service offered can be varied depending upon the skills and abilities of the project team. JLA can help to identify skills gaps and offer advice on how to overcome these in a sustainable way, making best use of available resources.

Advice can be offered on the preparation of briefs for consultants, identifying training needs for existing staff or building the capacity of volunteers to undertake roles within the project.
