Activity Plans
JLA are experienced facilitators and have acted as mentor for a number of projects in devising activities and events; running community consultation and trialling outreach activities.
These activities have been important to ensure that projects can reach as many people as possible and achieve lasting results, which in turn helps to demonstrate support for the project in seeking external funding.
Activity Plans have been prepared for projects across the built and natural heritage sector helping projects to engage with new and diverse groups.
Funding
JLA has wide experience of grant making processes, including successful applications to:
Heritage Lottery Fund
European Regional Development Fund
Regional Development Agency
Aggregates Levy
Landfill Tax Credit
Small charitable trusts
JLA will complete applications in full or provide the support needed for groups making their own applications.
Support can be given to project teams in financial reporting for management boards and external funders to meet their specific needs.
